Zombies

Went to see the newest Zombie movie, Land of the Dead, last night. It was excellent! Everything you want to see in a Zombie flick. It was creepy, scary and the gore was way over the top. They even show a zombie ripping out a belly ring.

Batman

I went to see the latest Batman movie, Batman Begins and was disappointed. The fight scenes were filmed in that style of zoomed in blur. I guess that is supposed to give the feeling of speed and confusion but it really means they were too dumb to get some stunt guys (dressed up like Batman) to put on a good fight. Action movies need to have full body action sequences with solid stunt work to impress me. There is no choreography in these scenes........And everyone wants to see Batman kick some ass!
Then there was the car.......The newly designed Batmobile. It sucked. And the sequence in the movie was weak.
There were some good parts to this movie but I would recommend waiting for the DVD for this one. Batman 1 with Michael Keaton is still the champion in my books.
This game has better action sequences than the movie did.
